An scarce example of a named Luftwaffe Flight Oberst's flight blouse with trousers

A particularly nice quality mint condition Luftwaffe Oberst's flight blouse and trousers. This example is in a fine field blue ribbed gabardine material with matching trousers.The jacket has a mint pair of Oberst's epaulettes, flight collar patches and the silver aluminium Luftwaffe eagle/swastika. The blouse has loops for decorations and both the blouse and trousers survive in mint condition, being free from any moth or damage. The tailor label is missing from the jacket but is still present to an interior flap of the trousers.  Ex-Atkinson 'Museum of the German Airforce' collection.

An extremely rare example of a Luftwaffe Flight Oberleutnants white summer flight blouse

Rarely seen in Luftwaffe collections is the Luftwaffe white summer flight blouse. This example is for a Flight Oberleutnant and is manufactured in the typical herringbone weave.The lightweight jacket has slip on style epaulettes, flight collar patches and the silver aluminium Luftwaffe eagle/swastika. The blouse has loops for various decorations and although exhibting light wear, is free from any moth or damage. Ex-Atkinson 'Museum of the German Airforce' collection.

A rare example of a Luftwaffe Flight Majors Tropical Service tunic

An excellent used tropical service tunic for a Flight Major manufactured in the typical tropical theatre tan material. The lightweight jacket has slip on style epaulettes, along with a silver aluminium Luftwaffe eagle/swastika on tropical backing. The tunic has loops for a decoration and a six medal ribbon bar, including the Luftwaffe long Service. The tunic has a wonderful 'theatre used' patina, with significant bleaching from the sun (both the silver braid on the epaulettes, and the breast eagle show oxidation). A superb Luftwaffe four pocket tunic with matching trousers originally belonging to Flight Oberstleutnant Kohler

A mint pristine example of the Luftwaffe four pocket jacket with matching trousers. The jacket bears the French tailor's label of Louis Jacques Mussier, Paris; a high quality French tailoring firm, known for providing tailored uniforms for members of the German forces. The finest quality Luftwaffe ribbed gabardine jacket retains the equally high quality collar patches and epaulettes, along with the wire eagle/swastika. The jacket has loops for a ribbon bar and also loops for a decoration (War Merit Cross with Swords 1st Class ?) The matching tailored trousers also bear the full tailors label. A stunning uniform in mint pristine condition; simply faultless in every respect. Being a very high ranking officer stationed in France, it should be relatively easy to undertake research on Kohler. An excellent Luftwaffe 'Kriegsschule' Flight NCO four pocket tunic with matching trousers

A particularly nice early example of a Luftwaffe four pocket tunic complete with matching trousers. The tunic has good high quality yellow doeskin patches with three wings, along with the epaulettes bearing full tresse, one pip, and the aluminium 'KS' monograms. The tunic retains a particularly nice quality private purchase NCO eagle/swastika hand embroidered in a combination of cello cord and silver aluminium.The tunic also has its Luftwaffe lanyard, and a ribbon bar including the Luftwaffe Long Service award. sewn into the pocket is a full tailors label with the owners name and details. A particularly nice example of a Luftwaffe private purchase quality flight blouse for the rank of Feldwebel. The blouse has good high quality yellow doeskin patches with three wings, along with the epaulettes bearing full tresse and one pip. The blouse retains the NCO eagle/swastika, Iron Cross ribbon, a bullion wire proficiency badge and loops for awards. A near mint example of the Luftwaffe four pocket tunic. The tunic bears the high quality red wool collar patches and epaulettes, along with the wire eagle/swastika. A particularly nice early example of a Luftwaffe four pocket tunic. The tunic has good high quality red doeskin patches with three wings, along with the epaulettes bearing full tresse, and one pip. The tunic retains a particularly nice quality private purchase NCO eagle/swastika machine embroidered in cord.The tunic also has its Luftwaffe lanyard, an Iron Cross 2nd Ribbon, along with the machine embroidered trade patch to the sleeve. Stamped into the pocket is the regimenht details, showing the owner to be apart of Flak regt.26. The tunic has survived in excellent condition and is free from moth or damage. An extremely rare and mint pristine Luftwaffe Flak 1938 pattern five button tunic with matching trousers

A perfect example of a Luftwaffe 1938 pattern five button four pocket tunic. Worn only for a very short time before falling out of favour, the 1938 pattern five button tunic had an extra button allowing it to be buttoned up to the neck. This tunic in typical OR quality field blue wool was completed for Flak Regt. 24, and has the chain stitched numbers to the epaulettes. The tunic has good high quality red doeskin patches with a single wing to each, along with the epaulettes and breast eagle/swastika. A superb example of the Luftwaffe officers cape

This stunning example of the Luftwaffe officers cape survives in mint pristine condition. Typically of the highest quality, this tailored cape is fully silk lined, is nicely finished to the collar, and retains the metal Luftwaffe cape chain, along with the beautifully hand embroidered Luftwaffe officers eagle/swastika. A beautiful example of the Luftwaffe Mess jacket with braided trousers. The jacket bears the label of Heinrich Esders, Dresden, and retains the matching Oberleutnant epaulettes, along with a particularly fine 'droopy tail' Luftwaffe wire breast eagle/swastika. The jacket also comes with its original silver wire agailettes and even its court mounted Luftwaffe Four Year Service Medal. The matching tailored trousers have the full silver braids to the sides. An excellent example of the Luftwaffe officers greatcoat for the rank of Oberleutnant

Today, surviving untampered examples of the Luftwaffe greatcoat are quite scarce, in part this was brought about by the fact that with a shortage of clothing in 1945, many greatcoats would simply be stripped of insignia and carried over for civilian wear. This example is of particularly high quality and retains the epaulettes and collar patches of a flight Oberleutnant; the Königsberg tailors label is also still present. Close to mint condition.  First pattern Grey Anorak as worn by Luftwaffe / Heer

A rare example of the grey (fully reversible to white) pattern anorak. The anorak is complete and remains in excellent condition free from any damage or fading of the colours. The anorak has full makers markings instead of Rb numbering, showing it to be an early manufactured piece.  Ex-Atkinson 'Museum of the German Airforce' collection.

Tan Water Camouflage two piece reversible suit

A scarce matching example of the tan water pattern camouflage suit reversible to winter white. The suit is complete and remains in excellent condition free from any damage or fading of the colours. The suit is clean and shows just light use on areas such as the elbows, cuffs, hood ect.  Ex-Atkinson 'Museum of the German Airforce' collection.

An Afrikakorps NCO's 'Panzer-Grenadier' tunic

Price: £2250

A good example of the Afrikakorps olive green tunic for NCo ranks. Tunic bears the slip on epaulettes for Panzer-Grenadier with fine green silk piping along with the brown tropical NCO tresse. Tunic collar also retains the brown tropical tresse along with the correct blue finished collar patches. The tunic also retains the BeVo woven tropical eagle and the Afrikakorps cuffband. There are badge loops for two badges and also provision for a ribbon bar. Overall very good to excellent condition. Light use overall but unfortutantely not exhibiting the very collectable bleached look.

Artillery Sturmann's field-grey parade tunic named to 'Kanonier Feldmann' on the staff of Artillery Regiment 19

Price: £475 - $975

A very nice tunic in excellent undamaged condition and complete with all insignia. Epaulettes have the red embroidered regiment number '19', and Feldmann's name appears within the tunic. The cap shown is not sold with this jacket but does make an excellent match. See under headwear for details of this Erel manufactured cap.

 




Generalleutnant der Infanterie four pocket tunic originally belonging to Knights Cross holder von Rothkirch
Price: SOLD

A beautiful example of the four pocket tunic for the rank of General der Infanterie. Tunic retains the golden bullion wire collar patches and entwined gold and silver braided epaulettes along with the golden wire eagle/swastika. Tunic retains the correct golden buttons throughout along with provision for various awards including the German Cross. The tailors label is still present to the inside pocket and is dated 1943. Tunic shows light use and is free from any moth or damage. Nice untampered tunic brought back to the USA by a serving American soldier in 1945 and in a collection for the last twenty five years.
